Booking
Confirm that pickup, destination, contact details and selected service are accurate. A Driver is assigned only after successful payment and matching.
Pickup and trip start
Be ready at the pickup point, confirm the Driver and assigned vehicle, and provide the six-digit trip-start code only after entering the correct vehicle.
Conduct
Wear a seat belt, comply with lawful safety instructions, do not carry prohibited items and do not threaten, harass or distract the Driver.
Fares, cancellation and refunds
The displayed fare is paid through Paystack. Cancelling before Driver commitment normally receives a full refund. A ₦300 late-cancellation fee currently applies after a Driver commits and before trip start, with the balance submitted for refund.
