Location records
Detailed active-ride Driver location records are normally deleted automatically after 30 days. A ride’s pickup, destination and completion information may remain as part of the transaction and safety record.
Authentication
Expired OTP records are removed automatically. Expired or revoked refresh-session records are removed after the configured security-retention period.
Ride and payment records
Ride, receipt, payment, refund and audit records may be retained for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety and legal obligations.
Driver application records
Driver identity and licence material is retained while an application is reviewed and while required for approved operations, safety, compliance or dispute handling.
Deletion requests
When an account is deleted, data without a continuing legitimate requirement is deleted or anonymised. Any limited retention is explained and access-restricted.
