Application and approval
Applicants must provide accurate identity, licence, address, emergency-contact and document information. Submission does not guarantee approval. Hawa may request changes, suspend review or reject an application.
Vehicle assignment
A Driver may go online only after approval and assignment of an eligible company vehicle. Drivers must not substitute a person or vehicle without authorisation.
Professional standards
Drivers must obey road laws, maintain professional conduct, protect Rider privacy, avoid discrimination and follow pickup, trip-start, navigation, completion and incident procedures.
Location and availability
Precise location is used while online and during accepted rides for matching and Rider progress. Active-ride background use is supported by a visible Android foreground notification and stops when the ride ends or is cancelled.
Activity and payments
Current activity summaries show completed receipt values. They are not yet a final payout, commission or tax statement. Final commercial terms will be provided before live Driver operations.
